A Message from the University of Idaho
Getting a driver’s license? That’s huge.
It’s one of those milestones that sneaks up on you — like their first steps or starting school. And there are plenty more ahead.
This time can feel like a mix of excitement and nerves. Teaching your teen to drive won’t just be about logging hours behind the wheel; you’ll spend valuable time together. You’ve raised them, supported them and guided them through so much already. Now, you’re buckling up (literally!) for another chapter.
Soon, they’ll be making even bigger decisions — like where to go to college. At University of Idaho, we understand what an important step this is for both of you. We’re honored to support the Parent’s Supervised Driving Program because empowering students to reach their goals is what we’re all about.
So, while this milestone might feel like a practice run for all the big things ahead, know that we’re here for the journey — this one and the next. For now, enjoy the ride.
V’s up and windows down—here’s to safe travels ahead!
