Supervised Driving Log

Parents or guardians are responsible for making certain that their teen has completed no less than 50 hours of supervised driving, with 10 of those hours completed at night. The 50 hours can be completed by the parent or guardians, as well as, with any authorized supervising driver. Authorized supervising drivers must be a properly licensed driver at least 25 years of age who has held a valid Class D driver license for at least 5 years. The following log is a tool for your convenience that will help you keep track of time spent on the road as well as ensure that your teen has a diverse supervised driving experience.
