Supervised Driving Log

Parents or guardians are responsible for making certain that their teen has completed no less than 40 hours of supervised driving, with 10 of those hours completed at night. The 40 hours can be completed with a commercial driving school or any other supervising driver. The following log is a tool for your convenience that will help you keep track of time spent on the road as well as ensure that your teen has a diverse supervised driving experience. You want your teen to be as prepared as possible for their Operator’s License.
